The communication between our dispatch office and the taxi vehicles runs completely through data communication.
All taxies are equipped with a terminal displaying the information about their assignment. If necessary, our drivers can also use the integrated Tomtom navigation system.
The dispatcher at the contact centre has a clear overview of his fleet,
including the exact location and status of each car.
With every new assignment, the system indicates which vehicle is the closest to the next customer. |
